My passion is working with adolescents, families seeking to strengthen bonds and foster healthier relational dynamics, and young adults in navigating and better understanding their life story. I implement a trauma-informed therapeutic approach to support my client’s in processing traumas from their past and supporting them in reaching their goals for the future. My approach combines psycho-education, advocacy and family support to foster emotional regulation, stability, and independence. Through evidence-based interventions, I empower clients to build resilience, gain insight, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence.
