The clients I help often experience feelings of being “not good enough,” feeling like a failure, feeling trapped, and not knowing how to handle everything life throws at them. The individuals I support face difficulties at their jobs, in school, within their relationships, or are grappling with pain from the trauma they experienced. I provide a space where clients can look into their thoughts, reflect, and develop practical skills to cope with sadness, anxiety, panic, pressure, or difficult experiences.
