Navigating your emotions can be difficult on your own. Allow me to guide you through the therapeutic process at your own pace. Together we can set goals, develop healthy ways to cope, and practice overcoming intrusive thoughts. I offer counseling services to teens, adults, and couples. I am a mother of 4 and enjoy working with other parents of young children and those in the post-partum period. Areas I am helpful with include anxiety disorders, depression, grief, and trauma.
