About

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York and a graduate of Eastern Virginia Medical School. I have 20 years of experience of helping people heal emotional wounds. I specialize in trauma related issues and abuse, depression and anxiety. I am EMDR certified, a register art therapist, and a certified trauma professional. I have an experience in traditional talk therapy, but also have qualifications in hypnotherapy, and equine assisted therapy (psychotherapy with horses). I also offer clinical supervision for pre-licensed LMHC's and LPC's (Virginia).
