Are stress, anxiety, burnout or injury limiting your ability to passionately pursue your life or athletic goals? I help clients both in AND out of sport gain freedom from mental obstacles by helping them develop the core "mental gear" needed to successfully do what they love. This includes working with TEENS and ADULTS on: Anxiety, stress management, Sport Performance, mindfulness, intuition building, post-injury mental health, motivation, burnout, transition out of sport, and body image. (Note: I do not currently treat the following: addictions, trauma, ASD, eating disorders, family or couples therapy.) My experience as a mental health clinician of 15+ years, collegiate athlete, and intuitive listener allows me to keenly understand each client's unique story and goals. In addition, I place an emphasis on teaching tangible tools that you can use in between session, and am an ally for clients of ALL genders, sexual orientations and relationship structures.
