Therapeutic growth begins with finding a space where you feel safe and valued in vulnerability. I hope to collaboratively create that space with you. My work is wide in scope, but overall focuses on client concerns ranging from trauma and complex trauma, anxiety, depression, sexual assault, isolation, relationship struggles, low self-esteem, LGTBQIA+ related stressors, complicated family dynamics, to life transitions. Often, we worry that our problems aren't "bad enough" or think we should be able to resolve things ourselves. But what if we don't have to? In a society that rewards toughing it out and perfectionism, I work with you to embrace or overcome your challenges and learn to love the complicated parts of you; making room for enhanced connection and transformation.
