Life is filled with challenges and stressors both short-term and long-term, that may cause emotional distress and negatively affect mental health. From academic concerns and occupational stress to family-related problems, people of all ages and ethnicities may face difficulties that may disrupt their daily functioning. Nevertheless, I strongly believe in the transformative power of therapy and its ability to help people learn, grow, and heal. As a bilingual mental health therapist, I aim to aid individuals in their transformative process and help them develop their psychological strengths.
