Call me Lexi! As a pre-licensed counseling intern, I view therapy as a place to explore yourself and the world around you. I view the complexities of life as integral parts of one’s self-being: we are who we are in part because of the world around us. Therapy with me is a place to be able to evaluate the parts of oneself and how they affect the whole person, while integrating the outside parts that affect us as well. My style is an integrative approach that meets the person where they’re at with authenticity and helps build their perseverance.
