As a Marriage and Family Therapist I create an environment where people feel seen and safe to explore themselves and their relationships with curiosity and compassion. My approach is grounded in empathy and collaboration, with the belief that you have the inner resources you need to create healthy paths forward and develop self-awareness and self-compassion. Sometimes we just need a little support in order to rediscover our internal strengths.
