At this time in my career I enjoy working with adolescents, adults and mature adults with varying presenting issues. These include but are not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression and parenting challenges. I engage in both LGBTQIA+ affirmative and culturally attuned practices. I utilize multiple evidenced-based practices, including EMDR, IFS, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and parent management training, as well as body-based work and mindfulness strategies. Most importantly, I focus on establishing a safe, trusting and strong therapeutic relationship, to foster growth, positive change and true healing.
