I am an integrative Family Nurse Practitioner and believe that building a trusting and strong provider-patient relationship in conjunction with medical guidance, education, and holistic support is pivotal to learning how to confront life’s challenges and heal from mental health issues and live a happier and healthier life. I address mental health diagnoses including Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, and Insomnia. I employ a variety of integrative and holistic medical modalities, including med management, therapeutic modalities, nutrition/lifestyle counseling, Classical homeopathy, PEMF, and mindfulness. I work directly with patients to provide a holistic and rigorous exploration of overall mental health and well-being. I practice an integrative psychiatric approach and offer multiple complementary medical services to address the root cause of your mental health symptoms.
