I am a licensed psychotherapist with a specialty in drama therapy, helping adults find balance and direction in their personal and professional lives. I will guide your discovery of yourself, helping you to blossom into a more fulfilled human being. I help adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions and stress, self image, relationships, past trauma, and ADHD. We work towards goals of personal growth, life changes, parenthood, and overall life satisfaction. Together, we can journey towards mental health and wellness. I have a Masters in drama therapy and I utilize psychodrama philosophy and techniques. Each life is a narrative journey, and we all play many roles along the way. Examining roles helps us more fully understand both ourselves and those with whom we interact, in person or in our memories.
