I have over 30 years of experience with guiding and coaching people of all ages through life transitions and through trauma recovery. My goal is for you to feel emotionally safe and supported by our work together in helping you to be fully present in your life. I have a proven record of helping many people: to feel less pain, be less overwhelmed, to identify personal goals, and to move towards achieving these goals through our therapeutic relationship.
