Hi, I'm Alexandra Sergi, a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC). I view therapy as a collaborative approach to the various challenges an individual may be facing. My main focus is on providing unconditional positive regard to the client in order to support them in their healing process. Throughout my career, I have used various approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, & person-centered therapy. As the therapeutic process evolves, I am able to identify which treatment modalities are beneficial to the individual client; this entails flexibility with the approach used.
