We all have one and I hope to be able to provide a comfortable and non-judgmental space for you to be able to open up and share some of your life experiences with me. Therapy is your time to focus on you, but it may also mean we will talk about the people in your life, as they are also important. Relationships, whether they be familial or romantic, are also an area of interest I like to focus on.
