I am a Limited Permit Mental Health Counselor practicing under the supervision of Justine Brathwaite, LMHC. I obtained a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University. I believe that therapy should be a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel truly heard and understood. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating a variety of life challenges, including stress, anxiety, grief, postpartum transitions, identity exploration, and feeling stuck.
