Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you don’t have much support around you. You may be carrying the weight of past trauma, struggling to set boundaries, or feeling stuck in cycles of stress, anxiety, or depression. Maybe you’ve been feeling isolated—like you have to figure it all out on your own. You don’t have to. I enjoy working with people who may not have strong support systems, and who want a therapist who can both listen deeply and provide practical tools for managing stress, anxiety, and depression.
