Women have the very real power to change themselves, their relationships and their families and my goal as a therapist is to equip as many women as possible to do just that, helping them break ties with the lie that we are just victims of our feelings, our thoughts, our experiences or other people in our lives and understand the truth that healing and change come through a willingness to face difficult truths about ourselves and take personal accountability for lives.
