They may be facing stress, burnout, recovery, or life transitions and want a space to feel understood and gain clarity. I help clients explore what’s holding them back, build awareness, and create lasting change. Using CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing, I take an open, flexible approach to meet each person where they are and support them in finding balance, confidence, and peace.
