Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC & LPC) based in Connecticut. I support my clients through life’s inevitable stressors and help them to understand themselves better, all while maintaining a culturally sensitive and empathetic approach, so you may feel most supported. I have experience in working with anxiety, adjustment, trauma, anger management, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, and in providing career and academic guidance. Ultimately, my goal is to empower clients to overcome obstacles, gain self-awareness, and make positive changes in their lives. In our initial session, clients can anticipate a welcoming atmosphere where we'll start with introductions to establish rapport and comfort. From there, we'll explore the specific challenges and goals they wish to address. Through active listening and collaboration, we'll work together to gain insight into their unique situation and formulate a tailored plan
