I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. My passion in the counseling field is working with Empaths & Highly Sensitive Persons, Master’s level counseling students & counselors, and high-functioning neurodivergent individuals. Additionally, I help clients struggling with anxiety, life changes, burnout, peer relations, grief, and more. I am trained in Existential/Humanistic therapies, Humanistic Sandtray Therapy, and Child-Centered Play Therapy. I utilize elements of Jungian therapy, Mindfulness practices, ACT, DBT, and TFCBT in session. View 4 Photos I see individuals ranging all over the lifespan (including children to adults). Currently, I am seeing clients via Telehealth/virtual appointments only. It is my goal to facilitate and enable clients to find meaning and understanding in life; to process, cope, and heal.
