Hello and welcome! My name is Alexia and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. While I was trained in New York City (Columbia University, Ed.M. & M.A. '11), I have spent the last decade helping thousands of Floridians, just like you, find meaningful solutions to their toughest problems. My approach is simple but efficient; we work together to conceptualize what's holding you back in life, we set therapeutic goals, I teach you valuable skills and methods to meet those goals, and you learn a lot about yourself, your strengths, and what is truly important to you along the way.
