I take an integrated approach to counseling but am based in a logotherapeutic and Existential Psychotherapeutic theoretical orientation. I utilize these approaches while incorporating concepts from therapies such as Somatic and Emotion Focused therapy. Additionally, I am currently practicing EMDR. If you are looking for a more philosophical approach that focuses on the existential givens and our place in the world while allowing room for our emotions and attachments, then I hope to work with you.
