Hi there! I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults struggling with anxiety, emotional regulation, self esteem, ADHD, depression, and grief. I offer a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment to help clients heal and find support during difficult times. I help clients to challenge negative thought patterns, learn new ways to manage stress, and practice self-compassion. We all go through difficult times and I am passionate about helping clients find more balance, joy, and peace in their lives. Therapy with me would look like learning new ways to manage stress by regulating your nervous system, challenging cognitive distortions, and building confidence.
