I strive to provide a safe space for clients to express themselves, build their coping skills, and process their challenging life experiences in order to foster change and personal growth. I am passionate about providing an affirming space for BIPOC and LGBTQIA individuals, and my areas of interest include complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, women’s issues, adjustment concerns, and developing a mind/body connection.
