Are you feeling stuck in the same arguments with your teen or family, no matter how hard you try to communicate? Many of the families I work with come to therapy feeling exhausted, disconnected, and unsure how things got so tense. You may love each other deeply, yet still feel misunderstood, walking on eggshells, or caught in repeating patterns that don’t seem to change. I work with teens, young adults, and families who are navigating ongoing stress, conflict, emotional overwhelm, and relationship challenges. With teens and young adults, we focus on motivation, big emotions, identity development, and the ups and downs of life. We’ll work on communication, emotional regulation, boundaries, and self-trust, the skills that help clients thrive long after therapy ends.
