Everybody has qualities that they value and an ideal life they wish to lead for themselves. Many of us are overwhelmed by the aspects in our lives that are keeping us from living in that ideal, whether that be our own emotions and our internal struggles, issues in our world that systemically restrict us, trouble navigating our interpersonal relationships and family dynamics, trauma, and more. Through a lens rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I aim to help clients change these circumstances by changing their perception of their situation, and engaging in actions they can take to positively impact their feelings about them.
