My therapeutic approach is grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection—connection to yourself, to your story, to your body, and to the communities that have shaped you. I view therapy as a collaborative and intuitive space where we make sense of your experiences with honesty, compassion, and curiosity. Rather than pushing you toward predetermined answers, I help you slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been overlooked, silenced, or stretched thin by life’s demands. In our sessions, you can expect a balance of reflection and gentle challenge. I will hold space for your emotions while helping you notice patterns, deepen self-understanding, and build tools for resilience.
