Noticing anxiety showing up in daily life, sadness that lingers, emotional outbursts, or relationship patterns that feel painful and hard to change? Many clients come in feeling drained from people-pleasing, unsure how to set boundaries, or stuck in patterns shaped by past family dynamics—or noticing their child struggling with big feelings they can’t yet put into words. I offer a warm, welcoming space for children (ages 4+), teens, and adults. I use play therapy with children and support adults in healing from family or relationship trauma, building healthy boundaries, and moving forward with confidence, and self-compassion.
