My work as a therapist focuses on helping adolescent and adult clients coping with life changes and difficult circumstances leading the individual to a variety of protective yet self-defeating responses. I am experienced in treating substance abuse, eating disorders and other compulsive behaviors, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. I take a hands-on, eclectic and team approach with the individual and their unique support systems towards attaining their goals of treatment; as well as to restore mental health and wellness, and balance in their lives and relationships.
