During times of stress or change, it can be especially comforting to have someone to talk to—someone who really listens and tries to understand. I work with individuals navigating a wide range of life experiences, including major transitions, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, trauma, grief, anger, depression and anxiety. In our work together, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, understood, and connected to yourself. I believe that developing a deeper awareness of who you are can bring greater clarity, emotional stability and a stronger sense of direction in life.
