Exploring past experiences can be scary and overwhelming, so my goal is to help my clients feel safe and gain a better understanding of their thoughts and feelings. Every journey through treatment is unique, and I believe in a personalized approach that is most beneficial to each of my client’s healing process. I provide trauma-informed psychotherapy focusing in complex trauma, dissociation, sexual abuse, OCD, attachment trauma, anxiety, and depression. I utilize a combination of trauma-focused methods with a client-centered and strengths-based approach.
