Hi! I'm Alexis, a queer, multiracial, Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher with a passion for empowering and walking alongside others who are a part of the LGBTQIA+ community on their life journey. My goal is to provide a safe space for the individuals I work with to explore their many identities as well as empower my clients to be their most true and unique selves. My approach to therapy is client centered and led. I believe the greatest gift of therapy is in the therapeutic connection formed between the client and the therapist and I work to create a safe, welcoming and affirming space.
