Thank you for visiting my profile! Working with you, my aim is to help you find a place within yourself where you are able to be honest, locate your inner resiliency, and strengthen your ability to cope in a healthy manner. My main areas of focus include trauma processing and attachment issues. The main modalities I use include talk therapy to build rapport and a sense of feeling seen, EMDR to help process trauma, and neurofeedback to help regulate and retrain the mind. I believe talk therapy can be very helpful and validating, but I would often come to find that my clients (and myself) would hit a plateau at a certain point.
