My name is Brooke Dybka, and I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and owner of High Desert Counseling and Consulting in Lake Havasu City, AZ. I am passionate about helping individuals and families navigate complex issues such as addictions, eating disorders, grief and childhood trauma. I enjoy helping individuals and families establish healthy boundaries, discover individual identities, and build personal agency and self-worth. I am a Level 2 Certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist, and have an extensive background in the addiction and eating disorder recovery communities. My other modalities include mindfulness, transpersonal & narrative approaches. I often lead clients in guided meditations and experiential exercises.
