My ideal client feels stuck in cycles of conflict, self-doubt, or emotional overwhelm. They long for deeper connection, greater self-understanding, and more peace in daily life. Whether working through individual challenges or family dynamics, they’re ready to break old patterns and begin building healthier ways of relating—to themselves and others. Using an integrative approach that blends CBT, family systems, mindfulness, and emotion-focused techniques, I help clients develop self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and manage difficult emotions.
