I support clients by providing empathetic trauma-focused therapy as they navigate challenges in their everyday lives. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, sexual trauma, PTSD, interpersonal relationships, coping, identity development, boundary-setting, resolving internal and external conflict, adjusting to transitions, harm reduction, and more. The key to overcoming struggles is understanding self, and the surrounding world, and taking control where we can. The journey to understanding can not only foster confidence and mental stability but also allow us to create meaningful lives where we feel safe, happy, and whole.
