I favor a cognitive/behavioral approach to the general practice of clinical psychology for adults. My clients most frequently are seeking help for depression, anxiety disorders, bi-polar disorders, and trauma-related problems. In addition to individual therapy, I offer psychological testing for adults, impaired driver evaluations, and Cognitive Processing Therapy for post traumatic stress.
