Throughout the life cycle, there are life events that bring about change in one’s life ranging from “manageable” to “difficult and complex.” When no longer manageable, these changes sometimes become problematic, interrupting one’s emotional and psychological well-being and the ability to function effectively is now hindered. As a counselor, I listen to clients from a caring and non-judgmental perspective while being supportive and encouraging. Moreover, my philosophy is “I care” and administer counsel with "integrity," helping clients resolve problems, develop resilience, learn healthy behaviors, and improve relationships.
