Hi everyone, I'm Ali. Do you struggle with past trauma? Have the past couple of years really weighed on your emotions? Are your relationships and general quality of life suffering? I help people of all genders who have experienced past traumatic situations move through their symptoms to be able to better navigate life for themselves. We will work together through a client-centered approach because you know yourself better than anyone else. We will also integrate my knowledge of trauma-informed techniques to help you through some of the symptoms you may be experiencing.
