Whether you are coming to see me because you want to talk about a painful experience, are seeking new coping skills or are just feeling stuck, we will work together to help you move forward and obtain balance in your life. I am passionate about guiding individuals who have experienced trauma, substance use/addictions, anxiety, panic, worry, depression, or relationship issues towards their recovery. I can help support you through your recovery process by increasing your self-awareness and bringing about lasting change, self- empowerment and personal growth.
