Hi! I currently have immediate openings for those who feel I would be a good fit. I am passionate about helping individuals obtain a better understanding of themselves by exploring their connection with their body, mind, and interpersonal relationships. Healing requires a felt sense of safety and I always honor where someone is at in their healing journey. I aim to create a space for individuals feel supported and comfortable to address concerns, navigate challenges, and further develop their innate strengths. I fully believe we already have what we need inside of us to heal, we just have to give ourselves the space to remember.
