Starting counseling can feel intimidating. I’m here to make the first step a little easier. I'm Ali Simpson and I strive to create a safe environment where you feel deeply understood, accepted, and valued. Together, we will focus on creating a path forward that feels manageable and meaningful. I help clients (age 12+) build deeper self-awareness so they can better understand their emotions, patterns, and challenges. I educate and treat clients by guiding them in developing tools they need to navigate stress, improve relationships, and create an emotional fulfilling future. I help individuals not just cope, but grow with purpose. Common diagnosis and concerns I am most passionate working with are anxiety, depression, bipolar, PTSD/Trauma, family conflict, and relationship concerns. As an inclusive & affirming therapist, I am especially committed to empowering BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) and LGBTQ+ individuals (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer).
