The right therapeutic relationship can allow for the retrieval of self and soul. Perhaps you've come to believe that your whole self isn't welcome. Experiences of disconnect and conditionality might leave you feeling isolated and unseen. Anxiety and shame may have convinced you of an "other-ness" when these differences are, instead, essential clues into your own creativity and liberation. I'm a psychotherapist with advanced training and certification in Jungian, transpersonal, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapies. I work with individuals developing meaningful insight into, and empathy for, the fragmented pieces. Many of my clients are highly sensitive, creative individuals working to more-consciously process and engage their inner world. My approach engages theoretical perspectives of contemporary Jungian psychology and intergenerational trauma studies, integrating the weight of creative material, images and instincts in dreams, personal myths, and symbolism.
