I believe in meeting you at where you are currently at in your life. While also supporting you in your growth to get you to where you want to be. One of my strengths as a therapist is my authenticity. When we meet together, I’m a real person, just like you. I’ll connect with you human-to-human. And then I’ll take what I’ve learned from my schooling, training, and experience with others to help you find solutions that will work for you. I have worked within the mental health field for the past serveral years. My professional experience included couples therapy, military families, family therapy, and individual therapy. I address a variety of topics such as depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, mood disorders, educational goals, relationship issues, and anger management.
