I began counseling youth in public school districts. My present clinical therapy work using CBT, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy, involves assisting adult individuals with developing insights and coping skills, overcoming PTSD, anger, anxiety, and depression, and moving past grief, trauma, and loss. My clients include a diverse population within the entertainment industry, medical professionals, social services, and military personnel. In addition, I've also worked with athletes to strengthen their mental focus.
