I help young adult women (18-30 years old) feel confident, competent, & in control of their lives. Many of my clients are smart, driven, and creative— on paper, they’re doing everything “right.” But inside, they often feel overwhelmed, stuck, endlessly tired, or like they are treading water just to keep up. They’re caught in a loop of stress, pressure, and uncertainty about what’s next. It’s exhausting. Sometimes they have a formal diagnosis of Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, or Trauma, and sometimes... well, sometimes life is just really f-ing hard. My approach is a nuanced balance of nonjudgemental & “no B.S.” I care deeply about my clients & am an expert in helping them move through the things that are keeping them stuck. I've been working in this field for 12+ years and am trained in EMDR, ACT, DBT, and MI, but the most important part is that I commit to being on YOUR team even when things get hard.
