I help clients explore the “parts” of themselves that carry anxiety, anger, grief, hypervigilance, self-doubt, or overwhelm. We work together to understand what these parts need rather than push them away. Because healing isn’t just talk, sessions can include grounding, movement, art, writing, breathwork, or other creative tools—whatever supports your body and nervous system. I’m grounded in a systems-focused, anti-oppressive lens, acknowledging how gender expectations, family patterns, trauma, capitalism, and identity shape your daily experience.
