I provide teletherapy in NY, NJ and VT for clients who have tried talk therapy and are seeking deeper, longer-lasting change. You might be high-functioning and capable, yet still feel anxious, burnt out and stuck in old patterns. As an empath, career changer, first generation Asian-American, and client myself, I work with a range of people discovering their sense of true core self, balancing one's own needs with others' expectations, and learning new skills to manage relationship dynamics and intergenerational trauma. My job is to accompany clients closely, accurately and lovingly because humans only heal in relationship.
