I am Alice Clements, LCADC, Masters level counselor with over 20 years of experience working with victims of substance abuse. I also work with loved ones of those with substance use disorders. I have a holistic approach to addressing trauma resolution, anxiety, stress release and recovery coaching. I believe that focusing on the positive is a powerful tool in addressing any mental health issues. Emphasizing self-care, I work on developing healthy lifestyle habits to overcome emotional roadblocks to happiness and peace of mind.
